Short FAQ

Where do I sit?

Open the Journey tab, then the Journey card. That opens your current series list. Tap Begin on the next session. Sessions stay in order.

Can I sit without Wi-Fi?

Yes, once your next 10 path meditations have saved on the phone (a small gold check reads Saved for offline). They download over Wi-Fi unless you turn on Download on cellular in Profile.

How do I ask Coach?

Tap the gold Coach pill. Type, or tap the microphone and speak. Tap the mic when you are done, edit if you want, then Ask. How-to answers stay on the phone. Practice questions go to Coach on our AWS backend.

When is World Peace Pause?

Sunday 8:00–8:20 PM Eastern Time. Connect shows the countdown.

Can others see my practice?

No, unless you turn on Share my practice with my coach. That toggle is off by default.

I forgot my password

This TestFlight build stores the account on that phone only. Email support and say which address you used. Cloud reset is not on yet.
